Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to clean your home. We hope you are pleased with the quality of the service we provided. The ScoreBoard© is an important part of our quality control program. Our housekeeper receives extra credit for every ScoreBoard© (good or not so good) that is turned in to the office. You can mail it, fax it, or email it directly to us.

Our professional house cleaners are evaluated on a regular basis, but the ScoreBoard© helps in other ways too. Besides letting us know how satisfied you were with your cleaning, it provides us with the opportunity to know if there is any thing we can do to improve the service.
